Questions about plans.
- Is the AI assistant included in every plan?
- AI assistants are included from day one in the Pro and Enterprise plans. The Basic plan covers 3D scene creation and sharing without AI.
- Does the plan depend on which devices we use?
- No. Every plan works across headsets, smart glasses, web and mobile. What changes between plans is the number of projects, AI access, integrations and the level of support.
- Can we change plans later?
- Yes. Teams typically start with Basic or Pro and move to Enterprise once they are deploying across more sites or need dedicated integration work.
- What does support include?
- Standard support covers platform questions and onboarding. Pro and Enterprise plans add priority response times and, at the Enterprise level, a dedicated account manager.
