When a question deserves a conversation
For years physical touchpoints have spoken one language: signs, screen menus and forms.

Think about how a visitor is greeted in most public spaces. A sign points somewhere. A screen offers a menu that almost matches the question. A form asks for details before answering anything. Each is a way of making the person adapt to the system.
TheAppAI starts from an almost obvious idea: when a person has a question, the natural answer is a conversation.
Three parts, working together
- A hyper-realistic avatar on a totem, animated in real time with expressions and lip movement synchronised to the voice
- An AI agent trained on the organisation’s own documents, so answers are specific rather than generic
- Nine languages, Italian, English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Korean and Turkish, configurable per installation
The visitor pairs with the totem through a QR code on screen, which keeps each session separate and personal. Nothing needs touching, and no staff member has to be free at that moment.
Knowledge that stays current
The part that decides whether this survives contact with reality is maintenance. When a price list or a procedure changes, you update the knowledge base and the answers follow. The application itself is distributed to the totem by web link, with no technical intervention on site.
It works best where people arrive with predictable questions and leave without answers: reception desks, public offices, showrooms, museums and transport hubs.
